Tactical carriers are constructed from ballistic nylon and incorporate a hook and loop flap. Cases attach to a belt with the Snap-Loc belt loop that can be adjusted to fit several belt sizes as well as MOLLE. This case is compatible with all ASP Chain and Hinge Handcuffs.
